EVERY CONTRACT OFFER CAITLIN CLARK RECEIVED BEFORE SIGNING WITH NIKE

On Tuesday, it was announced that Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark is set to sign an eight-year, $28 million contract with Nike. This contract will also include her own signature shoe. This is the richest contract ever signed by a women's basketball player.

Her original contract with Nike, which was signed in 2022, expired at the end of the 2023/2024 Women's College Basketball season.

Following being drafted first overall in last week's WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, Clark was offered by multiple major sports brands outside of Nike.

Brands such as Under Armour, Puma, and Adidas all presented offers for the former Iowa Hawkeyes superstar, but Nike ultimately won with the largest offer.

Bleacher Report posted each company's contract offers on social media, via a report from the Wall Street Journal.

Nike: Eight-years'$28 million  with a signature shoe included.

Under Armour: Four years/$16 million with a signature shoe included.

Puma: Walked away when told the bidding war for Clark would start at $3 million/year.

Adidas: Four years/$6 million with a signature shoe included.

Clark made the right choice, choosing the most valuable contract with the most prestigious organization.
