Philadelphia 76ers star center Joel Embiid is among the most entertaining NBA fellas on the internet, but a recent video endorsement of a cryptocurrency trading platform showed the former league Most Valuable Player having as much energy as someone who just lost a playoff game.
As part of the company’s celebration of its eighth anniversary, Embiid is going to give away a pair of autographed shoes to one lucky X (Twitter) user via a promotion he’s running on the social media platform.
That sounds exciting, but seemingly not enough to get the Sixers big man to show a considerable level of enthusiasm. He closed out the spiel by saying “fortune favors the brave.”

One thing that has surely gotten Embiid hyped up is Paul George’s decision to take his talents to the City of Brotherly Love after the superstar forward agreed to a staggering four-year, $211.58 million maximum contract with Philadelphia.
