PATRIOTS UPDATED DEPTH CHART: TRAINING CAMP EDITION

For the New England Patriots, training camp 2024 will be the beginning of a new era. For the first time, new head coach Jerod Mayo will present himself and his team in front of a live audience of fans.

Surrounding him will be his hand-picked coaching staff, as well as a 90-man roster that includes the team’s future franchise quarterback — first-round rookie Drake Maye — as well as some of the best players in football at their respective positions. Of course, coming off a 4-13 season, there also are considerable question marks all over the team.

Patriots reserve lists

Injured reserve (3): OL Jake Andrews, OT Tyrone Wheatley Jr., WR JaQuae Jackson

The Patriots have three players on IR so far: Tyrone Wheatley Jr. reverted to the list after getting waived with an injury designation in early August, while Jake Andrews joined him after having started training camp on the active/PUP list. JaQuae Jackson, who caught a 38-yard touchdown in his preseason debut, followed. The organization previously reached an injury settlement with John Morgan III.
