LEGENDARY U.S. WOMEN'S GYMNAST IS MARRIED TO FORMER NFL QUARTERBACK

The 2024 Summer Olympics get underway in only a few weeks, and that means the world's biggest sporting event will kick off.

The best athletes on the planet will converge in Paris for the Games, but fans are paying attention to one former Unites States gymnast.

Alicia Sacramone, who won silver at the 2008 Games in Beijing, is married to former Notre Dame and NFL quarterback Brady Quinn. The two have been married since 2014, and they have four children together.

Quinn and Sacramone married shortly after Quinn's career ended. He appeared for several NFL teams after being selected in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft.

He was one of the stars of the Notre Dame teams of the mid-2000s, along with future MLB pitcher Jeff Samardzija and future NFL running back Darius Walker.

The Irish were among the best teams in college football with Quinn as quarterback, winning at least nine games in his last two seasons as starter.

After an NFL career in which he failed to reach the success he enjoyed in college, Quinn now works as a college football broadcaster.

Sacramone joined Shawn Johnson and Nastia Liukin, among others, to win the silver medal in women's team gymnastics at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

A four-time world champion, Sacramone is among the most decorated American women's gymnasts of all time.

Counting her World Championship and Olympic medals, Sacramone trails only Liukin, Shannon Miller and Simone Bills in all-time medals.

Sacramone left the sport in 2012, and married Quinn two years later. In 2016, she had her first child, the same year that she earned induction into the U.S. Gymnastics Hall of Fame.

We'll see what the future holds for Quinn, Sacramone and their family.
