This is it. The final four teams in the final week of college volleyball this season.
The NCAA regional finals were a test for everyone, and we saw No. 2 Texas take down a top seed to advance to the national semifinals. The defending champs know no bounds, avenging one of their losses this season by upsetting Stanford in California. The Longhorns will face Wisconsin, one of the favorites to win it all this season and the 2021 national champions.
It'll be a fight, as two of the nation's best players, Madi Skinner and Sarah Franklin, go up against each other for the first time this season. The Badgers have it all: the height, the block, the defense. But can the Longhorns continue their road to a repeat?
On the other side, Nebraska will face Pitt. The Huskers have been the favorites nearly all season, and like Wisconsin, seem to have it all. The Panthers were nearly eliminated in the regional finals, but came from behind to reverse sweep rival Louisville. It's their third straight semifinal appearance, though they've never made it to the championship match. Is this the year?
The future's brightest players will take the court is this semifinal. Nebraska has four starting freshmen who live up to the pressure while Pitt's rookies have been nearly unstoppable this tournament. Olivia Babcock and Torrey Stafford take on Harper Murray and Bergen Reilly with a trip to the NCAA final on the line.
