STUNNING TICKET-SALE STAT PERFECTLY CAPTURES THE 'CAITLIN CLARK EFFECT'

Caitlin Clark's impact on the game of women's basketball continues to manifest itself throughout the 2024 WNBA season.

Before Tuesday night's clash between the Indiana Fever and Las Vegas Aces, the defending WNBA champs were forced to move the game to T-Mobile Arena in order to accommodate a massive influx of fans coming to see Clark in person.

Moving the game from Michelob ULTRA Arena increases stadium capacity from 12,000 to 18,000 — allowing for a 33% increase in ticket sales.

According to a stat from TickPick, the Aces have already doubled their tickets sales for this regular-season game compared to what the franchise sold for Games 1 and 2 of last year's WNBA Finals combined.

Clark has helped the WNBA set TV viewership and in-person attendance records at every turn in her rookie season. Coming off her near triple-double in a win over the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday, that trend will no doubt continue against the back-to-back WNBA champs.

Tuesday night's game will tipoff at 9:30 p.m. ET in Las Vegas.
